Basketball Recap: Electra Takes a Loss

Electra was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their third straight defeat. They were four points away from ending the streak, but they lost a 45-41 heartbreaker at the hands of the Olney Cubs. If the Tigers were looking for revenge after losing 52-34 to them when the teams met, then they'll just have to keep looking.

Electra's loss dropped their record down to 2-12. As for Olney, with the victory, they broke their three-game losing streak and moved their record to 10-13.

Coincidentally, both will both be playing Windthorst the next time they take the court. Electra will head out to face Windthorst at 5:15 p.m. on Friday, while Olney will head out to face them at 6:15 p.m. on January 14th.
