Basketball Recap: Drexel Snaps 12-Game Streak of Wins at Home

Drexel entered their match against Osceola on Friday without any home losses, but there's a first time for everything. The Drexel Bobcats took a 49-42 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Osceola Indians. The Bobcats were probably out for revenge after losing 39-35 to them when the teams met back in January of 2024, then they'll just have to keep looking.

Drexel's loss ended a 12-game streak of wins at home dating back to last season and dropped them to 11-4. As for Osceola, they have been performing well recently as they've won ten of their last 12 contests, which provided a nice bump to their 13-3 record this season.

Drexel will take on Lakeland at 7:30 p.m. on February 3rd. Osceola has already played their next game (against Archie), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing.
