Quincy Orme was a major factor in Deshler's win over Elm Creek on Thursday. Orme rushed for 179 yards and two touchdowns while picking up 8.5 yards per carry. The effort marked the most rushing yards he has had since back in August.

Orme and Deshler will venture away from home to take on Central Valley at 7:00 p.m. on the 31st. Orme has dominated as far as rushing yards are concerned (he's averaged 119.8 per game this season), but he's got his work cut out for him considering the Cougars have only allowed 54.33 per game this season.
