Basketball Recap: Green Forest Comes Up Short

Green Forest was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their 11th straight defeat. They had to suffer through a 65-17 loss at the hands of the Huntsville Eagles. The game marked the Tigers' lowest-scoring match so far this season.

Green Forest's loss dropped their record down to 4-14. As for Huntsville, their victory was their fourth straight at home, which pushed their record up to 14-7.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Green Forest will take on Pea Ridge at 6:00 p.m. on Friday. Pea Ridge will roll in looking for their ninth straight win, something Green Forest surely won't give up without a fight. Huntsville has already played their next contest (against Gentry), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing.
