Whitley County put another one in the bag on Saturday to keep their perfect season alive. Everything went their way against the Madison Central Indians as Whitley County made off with a 9-3 win. Nine seems to be a good number for the Colonels as the team scooped up a victory with the same number of runs in their previous game.
EJ Allen made a splash while hitting and pitching. On the mound, he tossed one inning while giving up no earned runs or hits. Furthermore, he didn't allow a single walk, the first time he has blanked an opponent since back in April of 2024. He was also big at the plate, going 2-for-4 with two runs, one triple, and two RBI.
