Basketball Recap: Southeast Falls Short of Lutheran East in the Playoffs

It's hard to turn regular season success into postseason wins, a fact Southeast can now relate to. They had to suffer through a 92-45 loss at the hands of the Lutheran East Falcons. The Pirates were in a tough position after the first half, with the score already sitting at 55-26.

Leading Lutheran East to victory were TJ Crumble and Tyrone Harrison. Crumble dropped a double-double with 30 points and 18 rebounds, while Harrison dropped a double-double with 17 points and ten steals. With that strong performance, Crumble is now averaging an impressive 8.1 boards per game. The team also got some help courtesy of Dylan Zeigler, who posted ten points.

Southeast's loss dropped their record down to 13-11. As for Lutheran East, the win (which was their ninth in a row) raised their record to 19-4.

As of now, neither Southeast nor Lutheran East have any future games scheduled.
