Football Recap: Fremont Comes Up Short + How To Watch

Fremont fell victim to Homestead and their airtight defense on Friday. They were outmatched by the Mustangs and fell 40-0. The Firebirds were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as the Mustangs apparently hadn't forgotten their loss the last time these teams played back in November of 2024.

Kevin Kowal threw for 40 yards on two of 12 attempts. William Devine was his top target, picking up 37 receiving yards. On the ground, Dominic Hemenez rushed for 48 yards.

Fremont's defeat dropped their record down to 2-8. As for Homestead, the victory made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 7-3.

As of now, neither Fremont nor the Mustangs have any future games scheduled.
