Soccer Recap: Village Christian Academy Takes a Loss

Village Christian Academy lost against Fayetteville Christian back in May of 2024, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Wednesday. Village Christian Academy lost 5-1 to Fayetteville Christian. Village Christian Academy were in a tough position after the first half, with the score already sitting at 4-0.

Their goal came courtesy of Kinsley Purser, who's now up to five this season.

This is the second loss in a row for Village Christian Academy and nudges their season record down to 3-2. As for Fayetteville Christian, their victory bumped their record up to 2-4.

Village Christian Academy wasted no time getting back out on the pitch and has already played their next contest, a 1-0 win against Northwood Temple Academy on the 21st. As for Fayetteville Christian, they also didn't take long to hit the pitch again: they've already played their next match, a 2-1 victory against The O'Neal School on the 21st.
