Volleyball Recap: Mark Keppel Comes Up Short

Mark Keppel lost against San Gabriel back in September and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. The Aztecs fell just short of the Matadors by a score of 3-2.

Mark Keppel has also traveled a rocky road recently, having lost seven of their last nine contests. That's put a noticeable dent in their 7-15 record this season. As for San Gabriel, they have been performing incredibly well recently as they've won 18 of their last 19 matchups. That's provided a nice bump to their 22-6 record this season.

We've got plenty of inter-league action coming up soon. Mark Keppel is set to challenge their familiar foe Schurr at 5:15 p.m. on Thursday. Meanwhile, San Gabriel will face off against rival Montebello at 5:15 p.m. on Thursday.
