Sheridan had already won two in a row (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 2 goals) and they went ahead and made it three on Saturday. They came out on top against the Zanesville Blue Devils by a score of 5-3. It was an even better day for Brenna Moorehead as she scored four goals for her team.

Sheridan's victory bumped their record up to 11-4-1. As for Zanesville, they have been struggling recently as they've lost six of their last eight matches. That's put a noticeable dent in their 4-9-1 record this season.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming contests. Sheridan will head out to take on Philo at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday. As for Zanesville, they will venture away from home to challenge Lakewood at 6:00 p.m. on Monday.
