Softball Recap: Rice Lake Takes a Loss

Rice Lake lost against Chippewa Falls back in April of 2024, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. The Warriors fell 4-1 to the Cardinals. That's two games in a row now that the Warriors have lost by exactly three runs.

Rice Lake now has a losing record of 7-8. As for Chippewa Falls, the win (which was their fifth in a row) raised their record to 6-4.

While Rice Lake had to take the loss, they won't have to wait long to give it another shot: the pair's next game is a rematch scheduled at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday.
