Softball Recap: Richmond Oilers vs. El Cerrito Gauchos

Richmond extended their losing streak to five on Wednesday, dropping their season record down to 1-9 in the process. They came up short against the El Cerrito Gauchos, falling 25-0. While getting shut out isn't ideal, the Oilers haven't been shut out since back in March.

In other batting news, El Cerrito let Arlie Tatum and Ashlynne Hollins run wild. Tatum went a perfect 3-for-3 with one home run, four runs, and two stolen bases, while Hollins went 2-for-3 with six RBI, three runs, and one triple. Tatum is on a roll when it comes to hits, as she's now got three or more in each of the last three games she's played. Another player making a difference was Sanai Vanhook, who went 1-for-2 with two runs, one triple, and one RBI.
