Volleyball Recap: Hartford Orioles vs. Slinger Owls
After flying high against West Bend East last Thursday, Hartford came back down to earth. The Hartford Orioles took a 3-1 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Slinger Owls on Thursday. The result was an unpleasant reminder to the Orioles of the 3-1 defeat they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture back in October of 2023.
Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-8, 25-21, 23-25, 25-8.
Despite the loss, Hartford had strong showings from Bella Ingram, who had four digs and 26 assists, and Sarah Robbe, who had five kills, four digs, and a block. Ingram is on a roll when it comes to assists, as she's now posted 21 or more in the last three games she's played dating back to last season.
