The Wildcats came up short against the St. Clair Bulldogs on Tuesday, falling 4-1. The loss continues a trend for Wright City in their meetings with St. Clair: they've now lost four in a row.

Wright City's defeat dropped their record down to 8-8-1. As for St. Clair, the win (which was their ninth in a row) raised their record to 11-6.

The teams didn't have to wait long for a rematch: the Bulldogs beat Wright City by a score of 4-1 on Wednesday.
