Volleyball Recap: Alisal Comes Up Short

Alisal suffered their biggest loss since August 29th on Thursday. They lost 3-0 to the Monterey Dores. The defeat continues a trend for the Trojans in their meetings with the Dores: they've now lost five in a row.

Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-7, 25-21, 25-12.

Alisal now has a losing record of 4-5. As for Monterey, their win was their fourth straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 9-4.

Alisal wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next match, a 3-0 victory against Greenfield on the 24th. As for Monterey, they have also already played their next contest, a 3-0 loss against Milpitas on the 19th.
