Basketball Recap: Kenai Central Comes Up Short

After soaring to 59 points the game before, Kenai Central was a bit more limited in their contest on Saturday. They were outmatched by the Grace Christian Grizzlies and fell 59-23. While losing is never fun, the Kardinals can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Alaska basketball rankings (they are ranked 44th, while the Grizzlies are ranked fifth).

Kenai Central's loss dropped their record down to 16-10. As for Grace Christian, the victory was the fourth in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 19-5.

As of now, neither Kenai Central nor Grace Christian have any future games scheduled.
