Basketball Recap: Charter Oak Takes a Loss

Charter Oak lost against Wilson back in December of 2023 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. The Charter Oak Chargers fell 68-59 to the Wilson Wildcats. The Chargers just can't catch a break and have now endured four losses in a row.

Wilson's success was the result of a balanced attack that saw several players step up, but Tyler Wong led the charge by going 7 of 15 on his way to 21 points and three steals. The team also got some help courtesy of Jacob Ramos, who posted 11 points along with five assists and three steals.

Charter Oak's defeat dropped their record down to 3-11. As for Wilson, their win bumped their record up to 9-10.

Charter Oak will challenge Northview at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday. As for Wilson, they will square off against Rowland at 6:30 p.m. on Thursday.
