Richmond Senior had to travel to play their first game of the season, but the final result was worth the trip. They managed a 66-61 win over the Southern Lee Cavaliers on Tuesday. That's more bragging rights for the Raiders, who also won the pair's last head-to-head.

Jayden Hamiton went supernova, going 12-for-23 en route to 31 points along with five rebounds and three steals. Another player making a difference was Amer Morrison, who shot 42% from the field to rack up 10 points in addition to five assists and three steals.

Having lost for the first time this season, Southern Lee fell to 3-1.

Coming up, Richmond Senior will be defending their home court for the first time this season when they go up against Westover at 7:30 p.m. on Friday.
