Freedom has gone a perfect 10-0 against Clintonville recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Tuesday. The Irish will be playing in front of their home fans against the Truckers at 4:30 p.m. Freedom's pitching crew has only allowed four runs per game this season, so Clintonville's hitters will have their work cut out for them.

Freedom is probably headed into the contest with a chip on their shoulder considering Winneconne just ended the team's four-game winning streak on Saturday. They fell 6-1 to the Wolves.

Freedom saw six different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Claire Murphy, who went 1-for-2 with one run.

Luxemburg-Casco hit Clintonville with a four-run first inning on Friday, which goes a long way in explaining the final result. The Truckers took a 7-4 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Spartans. The Truckers have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Marley Tauferner was cooking despite her team's loss, going a perfect 3-for-3 with one run and one RBI. Another player making a difference was Abby Tate, who went 1-for-3 with one run, one double, and one RBI.

Clintonville's loss dropped their record down to 5-7. As for Freedom, their defeat dropped their record down to 8-4.

Everything went Freedom's way against Clintonville in their previous meeting back in April, as Freedom made off with a 12-2 win. Will the Irish repeat their success, or do the Truckers have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
