Football Game Preview: Hulett vs. Midwest

Hulett will be playing at home against Midwest at at 2:00 PM on Saturday. Coming off of a win even when the odds were against them, Hulett have to be feeling especially confident with the MaxPreps state rankings on their side for this one.

Last Friday, Hulett faced NSI Academy in a battle between two of the state's top teams. Hulett walked away with a 70-59 victory over NSI Academy. Yes, you read that final score correctly. Yes, this was football.

Meanwhile, things haven't been easy for Midwest, and their match last Friday only extended their streak of losses to five. They were completely outmatched, falling 12-65 to Guernsey-Sunrise. Midwest were in a tough position by the half, with the score sitting at 6-47.

Hulett's win lifted them to 2-3 while Midwest's loss dropped them down to 1-5. We'll see if Hulett's success rolls on or if Midwest are able to steal their positive momentum.
