Carlmont extended their postseason success on Tuesday against Menlo-Atherton. They came out on top against the Bears by a score of 3-1. The win was nothing new for the Scots as they're now sitting on six straight.

The victory didn't come easy: Menlo-Atherton scored at least 20 points in every set. The final score came out to 25-23, 28-26, 22-25, 25-20.

Multiple players turned in solid performances to lead Carlmont to victory, but perhaps none more so than Nicolai Liu, who had 14 digs and one assist. Liu is on a roll when it comes to digs, as he's now had ten or more in each of the last five games he's played.

Despite the loss, Menlo-Atherton saw an underclassman step up: sophomore Coen Chou had 25 assists and four digs.

Carlmont's win bumped their record up to 24-15. As for Menlo-Atherton, their defeat ended a four-game streak of wins at home and dropped them to 26-8.

Carlmont has already played their next matchup, a 3-0 loss against Leigh on the 15th. Menlo-Atherton does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
