It may have taken overtime to finish the job, but Christian Home Educators Fellowship ultimately got the result they hoped for on Friday. They came out on top in a nail-biter against the Bishop Noland Episcopal Day Eagles, sneaking past 66-63. The Patriots' offense stepped up their game for this one, as that was the most points they've scored all season.

Bishop Noland Episcopal Day lost despite a true team effort on offense, the best among them being Jordan Buckhalter, who went 8 for 15 on his way to 23 points and three steals. Those 23 points gave Buckhalter a new career-high. The team also got some help courtesy of Jackson LeBlanc, who went 8 of 11 on his way to 21 points.

Christian Home Educators Fellowship pushed their record up to 6-3 with the victory, which was their third straight on the road. The wins came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 54.7 points per game. As for Bishop Noland Episcopal Day, with the defeat, they broke their three-game winning streak and moved their record to 7-2.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games.
