Baseball Recap: Sanderson Comes Up Short

Sanderson lost against Broughton back in April of 2024, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Wednesday. Sanderson lost 10-0 to Broughton. The Spartans have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Sanderson saw three different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was SAM MARTINSEN, who went 1-for-2 with one stolen base.

Sanderson's loss dropped their record down to 2-9. As for Broughton, their win bumped their record up to 7-5.

The teams didn't have to wait long for a rematch: Broughton beat Sanderson by a score of 10-0 later that day.
