Baseball Recap: Napoleon Picks Up Third Consecutive Win

Napoleon waltzed into their game on Wednesday with two straight wins... but they left with three. They came out on top in a nail-biter against the Ross Little Giants, sneaking past 4-2. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 9-5 on Monday.

Napoleon's win bumped their record up to 15-5-1. As for Ross, their defeat ended a four-game streak of away wins and brought them to 11-10.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Napoleon will head out to challenge Whitmer at 5:00 p.m. on Friday. The Wildcats are facing the Panthers at the right time seeing as the Panthers are stuck on a five-game losing streak. As for Ross, they will venture away from home to face off against Northview at 5:00 p.m. on Friday. The two teams have allowed few runs on average (the Little Giants 3.9, the Wildcats 3.8) so any runs scored will be well earned.
