Having just played yesterday, the Wayne Country Day Chargers will head out on the road to face off against the Greenfield Knights at 8:00 p.m. on Friday. Both come into the match bolstered by wins in their previous matches.

Wayne Country Day is headed into the game having just posted their closest victory since January 4, 2024 on Thursday. They came out on top in a nail-biter against Cape Fear Academy, sneaking past 47-45.

Meanwhile, Greenfield had already won 13 in a row (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 33.8 points) and they went ahead and made it 14 on Thursday. They claimed a resounding 86-31 win over the Saints. The Knights have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won 13 contests by 20 points or more this season.

Wayne Country Day has also been performing incredibly well recently as they've won 20 of their last 23 matchups, which provided a nice bump to their 25-6 record this season. Those victories came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 71.3 points per game. As for Greenfield, they pushed their record up to 26-7 with the victory, which was their ninth straight at home.
