Football Recap: Watson Chapel Takes a Loss

Watson Chapel had lost nine straight on the road dating back to last season, but on Thursday they dropped down to 0-10 to make it ten. They were outmatched by the Jacksonville Titans and fell 60-28. The Wildcats were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as the Titans apparently hadn't forgotten their loss the last time these teams played back in November of 2024.

As for Jacksonville, the victory made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 4-7. Their offense stepped up their game for this one, as that was the most points they've scored all season.

Mason Ball continued his habit of posting crazy stat lines, rushing for 81 yards and four scores on only eight carries. He is on a roll when it comes to rushing touchdowns, as he's now punched in three or more in each of the last four games he's played. Matthew Goldsberry was another key player, picking up 80 receiving yards and a pair of touchdowns.

As of now, neither Watson Chapel nor Jacksonville have any future games scheduled.
