Baseball Recap: Dawson School Comes Up Short

Dawson School was the 9-0 winner over Rocky Mountain Lutheran when they last played one another back in April of 2024, but their luck changed this time around. The Mustangs lost 11-1 to the Eagles on Friday. The Mustangs have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Milo Richtel made the most of his time at bat despite the final result and went a perfect 3-for-3 with one home run and one double. He is on a roll when it comes to hits, as he's now got three or more in each of the last three games he's played.

Dawson School's loss dropped their record down to 3-6. As for Rocky Mountain Lutheran, their win was their fifth straight at home, which pushed their record up to 6-3.

Coming up, Dawson School will venture away from home to challenge Bishop Machebeuf at 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Rocky Mountain Lutheran, they will welcome Evangel Christian Academy at 4:00 p.m. on Thursday.
