Madison Williams commands the offense for Wildcats win

Recap: Bethlehem Wildcats vs. Poplar Springs Atomics

The Bethlehem Wildcats scored the most points they've had all season to find success on Friday. They slipped by Poplar Springs 56-55. The win was nothing new for Bethlehem as they're now sitting on three straight.

Multiple players turned in solid performances to lead Bethlehem to victory, but perhaps none more so than Madison Williams, who scored 19 points. Kale Cauley was another key contributor, scoring 15 points.

The win got Bethlehem back to even at 8-8. As for Poplar Springs, they are on a 11-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 1-11.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Bethlehem will take on Holmes County at 5:30 p.m. on Monday. Holmes County is strutting with some offensive muscle, as they've averaged 60.5 points per game. As for Poplar Springs, they the luxury of staying home another game and will welcome Graceville at 5:30 p.m. on January 16th. Graceville is coming into the matchup hot, having won their last five games.
