Soccer Recap: Jefferson City Comes Up Short

Jefferson City lost against Helias back in May of 2024, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Wednesday. The Jays came up short against the Crusaders, falling 8-0. Jefferson City have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Jefferson City's defeat dropped their record down to 11-9-1. As for Helias, the win made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 12-6.

Coming up, Jefferson City will square off against Warrenton at 5:00 p.m. on Monday. Jefferson City will be up against Warrenton's rather soft defense (which has allowed 4.56 goals per game), so fans could be in store for a big offensive performance. As for Helias, they will face off against Camdenton at 6:40 p.m. on Friday.
