Basketball Recap: Faith Bible Christian Academy/Mid-America Prep Takes a Loss

Faith Bible Christian Academy/Mid-America Prep lost against HomeSchool Resource Center back in December of 2020 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Friday. The Faith Bible Christian Academy/Mid-America Prep Frank were dealt a 67-31 defeat at the hands of the HomeSchool Resource Center Patriots.

HomeSchool Resource Center found their leader in sophomore Noel Green, who dropped a triple-double on 18 points, ten assists, and ten steals. Those ten steals set a new season-high mark for Green. Another player making a difference was Josiah Fisher, who went 9 of 16 en route to 18 points and seven rebounds.

Faith Bible Christian Academy/Mid-America Prep's loss dropped their record down to 1-1. As for HomeSchool Resource Center, their win bumped their record up to 3-5.

Faith Bible Christian Academy/Mid-America Prep will get a bit of extra time to process the defeat as their next game is a ways off. They'll take on Maranatha Christian Academy at 7:00 p.m. on January 7, 2025. As for HomeSchool Resource Center, they won't have much time to rest: their next match is against Dickson Academy at 12:00 p.m. on Saturday.
