Sheldon entered their tilt with Roseburg on Thursday with five consecutive wins but they'll enter their next game with six. They blew past the Roseburg Indians 71-46. Given the Irish's advantage in MaxPreps' Oregon basketball rankings (they are ranked 49th, while the Indians are ranked 162nd), the result wasn't entirely unexpected.

It was another big night for Nathan Sheley, who went 8 for 14 from beyond the arc en route to 26 points. The team also got some help courtesy of Eli Forsha, who went 6 of 9 on his way to 15 points.

Sheldon was working as a unit and finished the game with 19 assists. That's the most assists they've managed all season.

Sheldon has been performing incredibly well recently as they've won seven of their last eight games, which provided a nice bump to their 12-5 record this season. Those victories came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 61.1 points per game. As for Roseburg, their loss dropped their record down to 5-12.

Sheldon wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next contest, a 61-49 victory against South Eugene on the 28th. Roseburg has also already played their next match (against South Medford), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing.
