            Volleyball Recap: Bullis Bulldogs vs. Bishop McNamara Mustangs        
        
		
        
        
            Bullis was not able to break out of their rough patch  on Saturday as the team picked up their 11th straight  defeat. They fell  2-0 to the Bishop McNamara Mustangs. The Bulldogs were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as the Mustangs apparently hadn't forgotten their  loss the last time these teams played  back in October of 2023.
 Ivanna Sayem paced Bullis' offense, picking up two kills. Sayem got some help from  Jazmin Washington and her four assists.
 Bishop McNamara was led to victory by  Julia Robinson and  Addison Sewell.  Robinson  had six  digs and four  aces, while  Sewell  had seven  digs and one assist. That's the most  aces  Robinson has posted since back in September.  Alexa Bracey also deserves some recognition as  she  had her first  block of the season.
Bullis' defeat dropped their record down to 0-11. As for Bishop McNamara, they now  have a winning record of 8-7.
 Bullis didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next  match,  a  2-0  loss against Jackson-Reed on the 11th. As for Bishop McNamara, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next  matchup,  a  2-0  win against Mount Airy Christian Academy on the 11th.
