Soccer Game Preview: Stevens vs. Marshall

The Stevens Falcons will challenge the Marshall Rams at 12:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Stevens' offense has struggled lately (the team hasn't scored more than a single goal for 15 straight games), a trend the team is no doubt ready to end.

Friday just wasn't the day for Stevens' offense. They took a 2-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of O'Connor on Friday.

Meanwhile, after low-scoring totals in their previous five match, Marshall brought some dynamite into their most recent matchup. Their defense stepped up to hand Holmes a 4-0 shutout on Saturday. The victory continues a trend for Marshall in their matchups with Holmes: they've now won six in a row.

Marshall's win bumped their record up to 11-9-1. As for Stevens, their defeat dropped their record down to 5-15-3.
