Softball Recap: Strafford Comes Up Short

Strafford lost against Springfield Catholic back in April, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. The Indians lost 10-3 to the Fighting Irish.

Strafford saw six different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Kayliegh Lexa, who went 2-for-4 with one stolen base and one run.

Strafford's loss dropped their record down to 13-19. As for Springfield Catholic, they have been performing well recently as they've won five of their last six contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 17-10 record this season.

As of now, neither Strafford nor Springfield Catholic have any future games scheduled.
