Soccer Recap: Moon Valley Takes a Loss

Moon Valley's game on Monday was all tied up 0-0 at the half, but sadly for them it didn't stay that way. They fell just short of the Peoria Panthers by a score of 2-1. The Rockets just can't catch a break and have now endured three defeats in a row.

Their goal came courtesy of Adrian Delgadillo, who's now up to two this season.

Moon Valley's loss dropped their record down to 1-4. As for Peoria, they pushed their record up to 5-2 with the victory, which was their third straight on the road.

Moon Valley will take on Dysart in a holiday battle at at 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday. Peoria and Westview will compete for holiday cheer at 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday. Westview will roll in looking for their seventh straight win, something Peoria surely won't give up without a fight.
