Preview: World of Inquiry Griffins vs. Finney Falcons
The World of Inquiry Griffins will be playing at home against the Finney Falcons at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday. Keep an eye on the score for this one: the pair posted some lofty point totals in their previous games.
On Tuesday, even if it wasn't a dominant performance, World of Inquiry beat Northeast/Northwest College Prep 66-60. The victory made it back-to-back wins for World of Inquiry.
Multiple players turned in solid performances to lead World of Inquiry to victory, but perhaps none more so than Jaedon Adams, who scored 25 points along with seven steals and five assists. Another player making a difference was Justice Stubbs, who scored 16 points.
Meanwhile, Finney beat Rochester Academy 80-72 two weeks ago.
The victory got World of Inquiry back to even at 6-6. As for Finney, their win ended a three-game drought at home dating back to last season and bumped them up to 1-1.
World of Inquiry beat Finney 79-71 when the teams last played back in December of 2023. Does World of Inquiry have another victory up their sleeve, or will Finney turn the tables on them? We'll have the answer soon enough.
