Softball Recap: Palestine-Wheatley Takes a Loss

Palestine-Wheatley fell victim to Central and their airtight pitching crew on Monday. They lost 9-0 to the Tigers. The Patriots have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Palestine-Wheatley's loss dropped their record down to 14-10. As for Central, their win bumped their record up to 15-9.

Palestine-Wheatley does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Central, they will head out on the road to face off against Jonesboro at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday. The Hurricane have struggled to contain batters this season (they've allowed 13.94 runs per game on average), something the Tigers will no doubt try to take advantage of.
