Basketball Recap: Kalida's Win Ends Three-Game Losing Streak on the Road

Kalida came into Friday's matchup having lost three straight, but that streak is now in the rearview. They wrapped up 2024 with a 69-53 win over the Lincolnview Lancers. The Wildcats pushed the score to 56-36 by the end of the third, a deficit the Lancers cut but never quite recovered from.

Kalida's victory ended a three-game drought on the road and puts them at 4-5. As for Lincolnview, they are on a four-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 2-5.

Kalida has already played their next contest, a 50-31 win against Pandora-Gilboa on the 28th. Lincolnview and Ada will round out the year against one another at at 7:30 p.m. on Monday. Ada will roll in looking for their fifth straight victory, something Lincolnview surely won't give up without a fight.
