Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Trinity Christian). They blew past the Valley Christian Lions, posting a 100-64 win. The Eagles have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won five matchups by 31 points or more this season.

Trinity Christian's victory was a true team effort, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Lucas Hiriscau, who posted 20 points. The dominant performance gave Hiriscau a new career-high in points. Another player making a difference was Christofer Thomas, who earned 22 points.

Valley Christian's defeat shouldn't obscure the performances of Josh Becker, who went 6 for 12 on his way to 17 points, and James Shevchuck, who went 6 of 10 en route to 14 points and six rebounds. The team also got some help courtesy of Liam Forrester, who put up 11 points.

The win made it two in a row for Trinity Christian and bumps their season record up to 10-2. As for Valley Christian, they have traveled a rocky road recently having lost five of their last six games, which put a noticeable dent in their 3-5 record this season.

Trinity Christian will take on Lindhurst in a holiday battle at at 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday. As for Valley Christian, they will venture away from home to square off against Nevada Union at 2:00 p.m. on Thursday. Valley Christian is strutting in with some offensive muscle as they've averaged 63.8 points per game this season.
