Basketball Recap: Parker Foultz's Big Game Can't Quite Lead Bryant over Saraland + How To Watch

Bryant came into their game on Monday off a hard-fought close win, but unfortunately suffered a serious change of fortune. They lost 64-41 to the Saraland Spartans. The Hurricanes have struggled against the Spartans recently, as the game was their fifth consecutive lost matchup.

Bryant's loss came despite a true team effort with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Parker Foultz, who went 5-for-10 on his way to 14 points and four steals. The team also got some help courtesy of Braxton Bolar, who posted eight points and three steals.

Bryant's defeat dropped their record down to 1-1. As for Saraland, their win bumped their record up to 2-0.

Looking ahead, Bryant is taking a road trip to square off against UMS-Wright Prep at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. Saraland has already played their next matchup (against Orange Beach), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing.
