Soccer Recap: Metro Takes a Loss

Metro was not able to break out of their rough patch on Wednesday as the team picked up their fourth straight loss. They were a single goal away from ending the streak, but they lost a 4-3 heartbreaker at the hands of the Bishop DuBourg Cavaliers. That's two games in a row now that Metro have lost by just one goal.

Metro's defeat dropped their record down to 4-4. As for Bishop DuBourg, their win bumped their record up to 4-6.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Metro will challenge Valley Park at 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Bishop DuBourg, they will take on Lutheran at 6:00 p.m. on Friday.
