Volleyball Recap: The Noble Academy Gets the Win

The Noble Academy won the last time they faced Hansberry and things went their way on Wednesday too. The Griffins had just enough and edged out the Bengals 2-1.

The Noble Academy had a slow start but a hot finish: after dropping the first set, they turned around to win the next two. The final score came out to 25-27, 25-19, 25-19.

The Noble Academy now has a winning record of 3-2. As for Hansberry, they are on a 16-game losing streak (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-8.

We've got plenty of inter-conference action coming up soon. The Noble Academy will take on rival Bulls College Prep at 10:30 a.m. on Saturday. Meanwhile, Hansberry is set to square off against their familiar foe Muchin College Prep at 5:30 p.m. on Monday.
