Volleyball Recap: Marshfield Tigers vs. Kewaskum Indians

Marshfield came tearing into Saturday's contest with 23 straight wins and they left with even more momentum. They had just enough and edged the Kewaskum Indians out 2-1.

It was an exciting match in which no team won back-to-back sets, but at the end of the day Marshfield got the one that really mattered. The match finished with set scores of 25-21, 22-25, 15-12.

Marshfield was lethal from the service line and finished the game with 12 aces. They easily outclassed their opponents in that department as Kewaskum only served eight.

Marshfield's road trip will continue as they head out to face Bay Port at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday. Bay Port will roll in looking for their ninth straight win, something Marshfield surely won't give up without a fight. As for Kewaskum, they will challenge Stevens Point at 1:30 p.m. on Saturday.
