St. Joseph waltzed into their matchup on Friday with two straight wins... but they left with three. Their pitcher stepped up to hand the Morro Bay Pirates a 10-0 shutout. The Knights not only won on Friday, but they posted their biggest win since April 1st (when they won 14-0).
Connor Chanley made a splash while hitting and pitching. On the mound, he didn't allow a single earned run and allowed only one hit while striking out six over five innings pitched.
