Baseball Recap: Valley Comes Up Short

Valley was not able to break out of their rough patch on Wednesday as the team picked up their sixth straight defeat. They lost 23-0 to the Cimarron-Memorial Spartans. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Spartans this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 26-0 last Monday.

Valley's loss dropped their record down to 0-6. As for Cimarron-Memorial, the victory made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 2-13.

Coming up, Valley will head out on the road to challenge Durango at 3:30 p.m. on Monday. As for Cimarron-Memorial, they will take on Sports Leadership & Management at 3:30 p.m. on Friday.
