Soccer Recap: Wheatland Takes a Loss

Wheatland was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their fourth straight loss. They lost 5-1 to the Placer Hillmen.

Wheatland's goal came courtesy of Omar Raya, who's now up to six this season.

Wheatland's defeat dropped their record down to 1-4-2. As for Placer, they now have a winning record of 3-2.

Coincidentally, the two teams will both be playing Bear River the next time they take the pitch. Wheatland will host Bear River at 5:21 p.m. on Friday, while Placer will play them later in the day, at 3:00 p.m.
