Soccer Recap: Kemp Comes Up Short

While losing is never fun, the Yellowjackets can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Texas soccer rankings (they are ranked 669th, while the Panthers are ranked 316th).

Kemp's defeat dropped their record down to 3-10-2. As for Mabank, they have been performing well recently as they've won three of their last four matchups. That's provided a massive bump to their 9-9 record this season.

Kemp has already played their next game, a 2-1 loss against Ford on the 5th. As for Mabank, they also didn't take long to hit the pitch again: they've already played their next contest, a 1-0 win against Caddo Mills on the 5th.
