Basketball Recap: Strasburg Drops Highest Score of Season Against Forge Christian

Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Strasburg). They enjoyed a cozy 85-68 victory over the Forge Christian Fury on Saturday. For the Indians, this counts as revenge for the 66-43 win the Fury walked away with the last time they faced one another back in March of 2021.

Strasburg's win was the result of several impressive offensive performances. One of the most notable came from Nick Glatfelter, who went 10-for-15 en route to 25 points and six boards. Glatfelter is also on a roll when it comes to shooting accuracy, as he's posted one of at least 67% in the last three games he's played. Another player making a difference was Tyce Bollers, who went 6-for-8 on his way to 19 points and three steals.

Strasburg was working as a unit and finished the game with 24 assists. That's the most assists they've posted since back in January of 2024.

Strasburg has been performing incredibly well recently as they've won six of their last seven matchups, which provided a nice bump to their 16-3 record this season. The wins came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 70.4 points over those games. As for Forge Christian, they dropped their record down to 14-6 with the defeat, which was their fourth straight on the road.

Strasburg is strutting in with some offensive muscle as they've averaged 59.7 points per game this season. Similarly, Forge Christian (ranked 31st) will meet Jefferson Academy (ranked 103rd) at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
