Flora is 0-4 against Fairfield since September of 2021 but things could change on Friday. The Wolves will look to defend their home field against the Mules at 7:00 p.m. Fairfield took a loss in their last matchup and will be looking to turn the tables on Flora, who comes in off a win.

On Saturday, Flora didn't have too much breathing room in their contest against Eldorado, but they still walked away with a 28-22 victory. The win continues a trend for the Wolves in their matchups with the Eagles: they've now won five in a row.

Meanwhile, Fairfield managed to keep up with Johnston City until halftime on Friday, but things quickly went downhill from there. The Mules lost 46-22 to the Indians. The Mules have struggled against the Indians recently, as the game was their fifth consecutive lost matchup.

Flora will have to contain Michael Barner as he made an impact in Fairfield's last game. He rushed for 120 yards and two TDs while picking up 7.5 yards per carry. Barner is crushing it when it comes to rushing yards: he's rushed for at least 116 every time he's taken the field this season.

Flora's victory bumped their record up to 5-1. As for Fairfield, their defeat dropped their record down to 4-2.
