Baseball Recap: Waltham's Loss Ends Four-Game Winning Streak at Home

Waltham fell victim to Cambridge Rindge & Latin and their airtight pitching crew on Tuesday. They fell just short of the Falcons by a score of 1-0. Surprisingly, this marked the Hawks' fourth straight game in which the away team has come away the victor.

Waltham's defeat ended a four-game streak of wins at home and dropped them to 5-4. As for Cambridge Rindge & Latin, the victory got them back to even at 3-3.

Coming up, Waltham will square off against Lincoln-Sudbury at 11:30 a.m. on Friday. The Warriors will roll in looking for their sixth straight win, something the Hawks surely won't give up without a fight. As for Cambridge Rindge & Latin, they will face off against Brookline at 4:00 p.m. on Thursday.
